Enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the idyllic Low Isles, when the island feels quieter and the pace slows. Snorkel directly offshore into sheltered lagoon waters on a guided tour with a marine biologist, gliding over magnificent coral gardens teeming with schools of fish and turtles.
On land, explore the picturesque island on a guided walk, discovering its lush surrounds, extraordinary birdlife, unique history and lighthouse dating back to 1878.
Later, unwind aboard the state-of-the-art catamaran before finishing the day with a spectacular sunset sail – complete with complimentary drinks. Watch as the colours light up the reef and the Daintree Rainforest as we sail back toward Port Douglas.

Sailaway is the only operator from Port Douglas who has daily access to the spectacular Mackay Coral Cay.
Our reef sites are perfect for snorkellers, with stunning coral gardens, a wide variety of hard and soft corals which are colourful and vibrant.
This reef is unique with an amazing display of giant clams and abundant marine life including reef fish, rays and turtles.

Low Isles
Low Isles is an idyllic Coral Cay island. The reef around Low Isles comprises 150 species of hard corals and is dominated by 15 species of soft corals.
Guests of Sailaway have the opportunity to snorkel in the lagoon of the island with our marine biologist, offering an interesting and informative tour.
