Guided by a local Indigenous guide on a Dreamtime Walk through Mossman Gorge, learn about traditional customs, bush foods, medicinal plants and the stories that have shaped this remarkable landscape for generations. Gain deeper insight into the enduring connection First Nations people share with Country before enjoying traditional bush tea and damper.

Sunset Sail along the Coral Sea

Take in one of Port Douglas’ mesmerising tropical sunsets from the water, watching the ever-changing colours unfold across the sky. Glide along the coastline aboard a premium catamaran, soaking up the tranquil surrounds, paired with a welcome drink and delicious canapés. Itinerary

Mossman Dreamtime Walk

1.00pm Courtesy coach transfers from Port Douglas
2.00pm – 3:30pm Dreamtime Walk led by experienced Indigenous guides, which begins with a traditional smoking ceremony, followed by stories of the Kuku Yalanji culture and traditions, visiting a sacred ceremony site and witnessing a soap and ochre paint making demonstration
4.00pm Courtesy coach transfer to Port Douglas Marina

Sunset Sail

4.30pm Check in Sailaway office
4:45pm Boarding. Welcome beverage and canapés served. Safety briefing
5.00pm Set sail. Depart Port Douglas. Enjoy pure sailing. Great Ambiance and music
6.30pm Arrive back at Port Douglas

OUTER REEF MACKAY CORAL CAY

Sailaway is the only operator from Port Douglas who has daily access to the spectacular Mackay Coral Cay.

Our reef sites are perfect for snorkellers, with stunning coral gardens, a wide variety of hard and soft corals which are colourful and vibrant.

This reef is unique with an amazing display of giant clams and abundant marine life including reef fish, rays and turtles.

Low Isles

Low Isles is an idyllic Coral Cay island. The reef around Low Isles comprises 150 species of hard corals and is dominated by 15 species of soft corals.

Guests of Sailaway have the opportunity to snorkel in the lagoon of the island with our marine biologist, offering an interesting and informative tour.
